What Our Golf Props Market Covers

Golf player props at digits7 go well beyond picking a tournament winner. Each event gives you a full card of individual performance markets: projected stroke totals set against the field average, head-to-head matchups pairing two players over 18 or 72 holes, top-five and top-ten finishing position bets, and make-or-miss-cut lines for every player in the draw. We pull markets across PGA Tour

stroke-play events, the four majors, and select European Tour crossover weeks. Lines update as tee-time weather, course conditions, and player withdrawal news come in, so the number you see reflects current information rather than an opening-day estimate. Jump in from your phone and the full card loads cleanly — no separate app required for mobile access.

Help While You're Betting Golf Props

Got a question mid-round or need a line explained? Our support team is on hand through live chat directly inside your account dashboard. For account-level issues — identity verification steps, wallet questions, or market disputes — you can also reach us by email. How We Run Our Golf Prop Markets

We grade every golf player prop against the official scorer's result published by the tour. Our settlement process follows documented rules for withdrawals, walkovers, and weather suspensions so you know exactly how an incomplete round is handled before you place the bet.

Official Scoring Source

All stroke totals and finishing-position props are settled against the official tour leaderboard, not third-party data feeds, so the result you see on TV matches what clears in your account.

Withdrawal and WD Rules

If a player withdraws before teeing off, prop bets on that player are voided and stakes returned. Mid-round withdrawals follow the specific rule published in each market's terms before the event starts.

Line Update Transparency

Opening lines and any subsequent moves are visible in the market view. You can see where a prop opened and where it sits now, which matters when you're deciding whether to hold or add.

Verified Account Path

Withdrawing your golf-prop returns through PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ follows the same identity-verified account path as every other market — one verification step covers your whole account, not just one sport.

Golf Prop Terms Explained

New to golf prop betting or seeing a term you haven't come across before? These short definitions cover the language you'll run into most often when building your card.

What is a head-to-head matchup prop?

A head-to-head matchup pairs two named golfers against each other. You pick who scores lower over the specified number of holes, regardless of where either player finishes in the full field.

What does 'make/miss cut' mean in golf betting?

A make/miss cut prop is a bet on whether a specific player will survive the 36-hole cut and continue into the weekend rounds. The cut line is determined by the tournament after round two.

What is a first-round leader prop?

A first-round leader prop is a bet on which golfer will post the lowest score after 18 holes on day one. Multiple players can tie, and payout rules for ties vary by how the market is set up.

What does 'finishing position' mean as a prop?

A finishing position prop lets you bet on a player landing inside a specific bracket — top five, top ten, top twenty — rather than winning outright. Odds reflect how likely that bracket finish is.

What is a stroke total prop?

A stroke total prop is an over/under line set on how many total strokes a named golfer will take across the tournament. You bet whether their actual score will come in over or under that number.

What happens to my prop bet if a player withdraws mid-round?

Mid-round withdrawal rules differ by market. Most platforms void the bet and return stakes, but some H2H markets have a holes-completed threshold. Check the specific market rule before placing.

Your Golf Player Props Questions

Here are the questions we hear most often from people building a golf prop card for the first time or moving from simple outright bets to individual performance markets.

We cover PGA Tour stroke-play events and all four major championships. Select European Tour events with strong American viewership are added on a week-by-week basis depending on the schedule.

Head to the sportsbook section, select Golf from the sport menu, then choose an active tournament. Player props appear as a separate tab alongside the outright and tournament matchup markets.

Some golf player props are parlay-eligible and others are restricted to straight bets. The market card shows whether a parlay option is available before you add a selection to your bet slip.

Suspended-round props stay open until play resumes and the round is officially completed. If a round is abandoned entirely, settlement rules specific to that market apply — those are shown in the market detail view.

Live golf prop availability depends on the event and tour. In-play lines for stroke totals and hole-by-hole markets appear in the Live section of the sportsbook during active rounds where available in your state.

Go to the Wallet section of your account, select Withdraw, and choose PayPal or Venmo. Your account must have completed identity verification before the first withdrawal; after that, the same path handles every payout.
